Tortilla Chipotle Rollup

6 to 8 tortillas

¼ pkg of Chipotle mix (mixed according to package directions)
Diced onion
Diced celery
Bacon
Diced green pepper

Combine diced vegetables and bacon with dip mix. Cover each tortilla with the mix. Roll up tightly. Refrigerate for at least one hour (make sure to cover so that the tortillas don’t dry out). Cut each roll into 1 inch bite size pieces.
